PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT DEADLINES ARE FINAL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT IN BY THE DEADLINE, YOUR TEAM WILL NOT PLAY. IF WE DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT TEAMS IN A DIVISION TO SCHEDULE GAMES, WE WILL CANCEL THE DIVISION.

2025 La Liga Calendar

6 Game Season + Semifinal and Final Cost:
  • $590 Women’s Division Per Team Per Season. This amount includes referee fees and every player needs a Soccer City membership.
  • $15 for a 3-month women’s soccer city members

Winter Season Games: Sundays, Nov 9, Nov 16, Nov 23, Dec 7, Dec 14. Semis and finals Dec 21.

  • Winter Season Deposits due: Nov 9
Additional Info:

  • No roster limit.

  • Rosters must be fully submitted one game prior to the semifinals.

  • Everyone playing in the semifinals and finals must be listed on the official roster.

Field Rules

  • No offsides

  • No slide tackling

  • No handballs

  • If the ball goes out of bounds, it can be thrown in (overhead)

  • All fouls outside of the goal box result in an indirect kick

  • If a foul is committed in the goal box, a penalty kick may be taken from the PK spot

  • No derogatory or aggressive language or behavior

  • If a player goes down, stop play until they’re deemed okay or have left the field

Field Etiquette

  • Start games on time

  • Be willing to wear pennies if needed

  • Shin guards not required but encouraged

  • No visible jewelry or nail gems that could harm others

  • And most importantly — BE A GOOD PERSON

 

 

League Rules

In an effort to provide a SAFE and FUN soccer experience we ask that each player take the time to read, understand, and fully comply with the following policies for play in our leagues. A team captain or leader must sign a document confirming they have read and understand this information prior to the start of the first game.

Our leagues are played on a (7 v 7) artificial outdoor turf and are intended to offer a medium to high (have played soccer before) level of play in the form of friendly competition. Player skill and athletic abilities may vary. While the sport of soccer is competitive in nature, we do not provide gold medals and therefore ask that maturity be applied to achieve a safe and fun experience for all.

Team and Player Registration

NON-NEGOTIABLE FEE DEADLINES BELOW.
EVERY PLAYER MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SOCCER CITY MEMBERSHIP.

A $100 deposit is due by the deadline stated in the season dates. Your team will not be added to the schedule if a deposit is not paid on time and the team will not be able to play in that season.

Final team rosters with a maximum of 15 and minimum of 7 players is due by the halfway point of the season (week 4).

For the Men’s League, 50% of the total team balance is due before Game 1. 100% of the total team balance is due for all teams and divisions prior to the start of your third scheduled game. If the fee has not been paid at the start of the game, the game will result in immediate forfeit and your team will be removed from the remainder of the season schedule and unable to participate in that season.

Individual Players are players who are not assigned to a Team initially. Individual players must pay the Individual Player pass per season at $60, this includes a 3-month membership for Soccer City.

The registration fees include referee fees. Referee fees are determined by division.

Every person who plays at Soccer City Aurora must have an ACTIVE membership that includes a current photo. Players must have this before entering the field. A photo ID is required to register.

The fees for individual player memberships at Soccer City are:

  • $5 for 1 Month Youth/Student Membership 
  • $10 for 1 Month Young Adult (18-25yo)
  • $20 for 3-Month Adult League (18+) Membership (discounted Adult membership rate)
  • $20 for 1-Month Adult (26+) Membership (Adult membership rate)
  • $10 for a Day Pass (Applies to Guest Players Only)

How to create a Soccer City membership:

  • Step 1. Login or Create an account with the Colorado Soccer Foundation
  • Step 2. Activate your membership in person at Soccer City Aurora, 15960 East Colfax Ave. Aurora, CO 80011. You must present a photo identification and have your picture taken to activate your account.

Scheduling

Team NO SHOW Policy: Team No Shows affect everyone. If your team No Shows to your scheduled game for any reason a $25 fine will be charged and required to be paid prior to the following game.

  1. Up to two (2) weather related reschedules will be determined by the La Liga Director. If there are more than (2) weather cancellations for the same game, this game will result in a tie in La Liga standings. In the event snow is covering the fields and/or the temperature is 25F or below a closure notice will be posted at http://coloradosoccerfoundation.org/calendar/ 
  2. Teams who have an outstanding balance will forfeit after the game clock starts. If the fee is not paid by this time the team will be removed from the remainder of the season.
  3. Games will be scheduled on Play Pass. Teams who no-call, no-show will automatically forfeit. 
  4. Teams with 4 or fewer players at the end of 7 game clock minutes will forfeit.
  5. Guest Player Policy: Teams may use guest players during the regular season in order to field a team. In the playoffs, teams may use up to 2 guest players who are not listed on the team roster only if necessary.

Code of Conduct

All players must agree to a Soccer City Aurora Code of Conduct below. Any person who is issued a red card and or removed due to violation of the Code of Conduct must schedule a meeting with our Community Outreach Director to establish a return-to-play plan. Until this meeting is completed the person will not be allowed in Soccer City Aurora.

  1. No food, gum, glass, spitting or seeds on the turf
  2. Derogatory, profane and/or aggressive language or behaviors are NOT welcome
  3. Smoking, drinking, or the use of alcohol or drugs is NOT PERMITTED
  4. No slide tackling
  5. We love animals, but only service animals are permitted
  6. No vehicles on turf
  7. Soccer City is a photo friendly place, please be courteous of guests when taking photos and video
  8. Please place all trash in trash cans. Leave no trace
  9. The facility is under 24-hour surveillance. Lockers are in restrooms for valuables. Soccer City is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Violation of any part of the code of conduct is grounds for immediate dismissal and loss of membership.

Game Etiquette and Playoffs

  1. Teams will report to the HOME or VISITOR allocated sideline based on the scheduled assignment. No spectators are permitted to stand behind the goal areas.
  2. All divisions will play 7v7. This equals 6 field players and 1 goalkeeper on the field at a time.
  3. Each game is equal to two 25-minute halves with a 2 minute half-time. Time will be kept by the assigned game referee. A 7 minute grace period will be given for teams to compose a minimum of 5 players. 4 or fewer players after 7 game clock minutes will result in forfeit. 
  4. In the event of serious injury that drastically reduces the time of play, the referee reserves the right to alter the length of any game. 
  5. A player who receives 3 or more yellow cards in a season will be automatically issued a red card and will be expected to sit out until scheduling a return-to-play meeting with the league manager.
  6. Player Red Card Policy: Any player issued a Red Card is required to sit out for the remainder of the match. The player will also have to pay a $25 return to play fine before they can play in La Liga again. Depending on the severity of the incident, players may be required to attend a Return to Play meeting with Colorado Soccer Foundation management. We reserve the right to ban players and guests from entering and playing at Soccer City.
  7. If a match is terminated by a referee due to misconduct, the game will be considered a completed match and not replayed. If misconduct is present on both teams, both teams will forfeit and no points will be awarded.
  8. Players are highly encouraged to wear shin guards. Soccer City is not liable for any injury during play.
  9. In the instance both teams have similar color jerseys, the visitor team will be required to change or wear pinnies. 
  10. Team Jerseys are encouraged, pinnies will also be available. 
  11. A referee’s judgment is final. Verbal protests will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct. Written complaints may be filed with the league manager at the Soccer City Front Desk. 
  12. Each team will play (7) games. Each team will be ranked according to:
    1. Win = 3 points
    2. Tie = 1 point
    3. Loss = 0 points
  13. Four teams will advance to semifinals based on points. Point tiebreakers will be determined by season shutouts, followed by goals scored.
  14. Semi-final and final game tiebreakers will go to immediate penalty kicks. 
    • The penalty-kick shootout to decide a match consists of a minimum of 3 penalty kicks to be taken by each of the two teams from the penalty spot identified by the referee. The referee decides by the flip of a coin which team begins. The two teams alternate until 3 different players from each team have made their kick. If the score is a draw at the completion of the 3rd kick, both teams take a kick until a winner is found.

En un esfuerzo por brindar una experiencia de fútbol SEGURA y DIVERTIDA, le pedimos a cada jugador que se tome el tiempo de leer, comprender y cumplir completamente con las siguientes políticas para jugar en nuestras ligas de 16 años en adelante. Un capitán o líder del equipo debe firmar este documento antes del comienzo del primer juego.

Actualmente no ofrecemos opciones de ligas altamente competitivas. Nuestras ligas se juegan en un césped artificial al aire libre (7 contra 7) y están destinadas a ofrecer un nivel de juego medio a alto (haber jugado fútbol antes) en forma de competencia amistosa. La habilidad del jugador y las habilidades atléticas pueden variar. Si bien el deporte del fútbol es de naturaleza competitiva, no proporcionamos medallas de oro y, por lo tanto, solicitamos que se aplique la madurez debida para lograr una experiencia segura y divertida para todos.

REGISTRO DE EQUIPOS Y JUGADORES

Para participar en una liga de Soccer City, una persona del equipo debe completar un registro de equipo. Esta persona se considerará el capitán del equipo y es responsable de que su equipo y los espectadores cumplan con todas las reglas y políticas de la liga de  Soccer City.

Paso 1. Inicie sesión o crea una cuenta con Colorado Soccer Foundation

Paso 3. Inicie sesión en línea  su membresía  activa y vaya a Inscripciones, haga clic en Inscribir a un cliente.

Cada roster de equipo puede tener un máximo de 16 jugadores y un mínimo de 10 jugadores. La lista final debe enviarse antes del comienzo del juego 2. Las ediciones de las listas se pueden hacer hasta el final de su tercer juego. Hay un máximo de 6 jugadores suplentes durante los juegos 1-7. Hay un máximo de 3 jugadores suplentes durante los juegos de semifinales y finales. Se considera jugador suplente a aquel jugador que no está en la nómina oficial del equipo.

PAGOS Y PROGRAMACIÓN

Las tarifas para membresías de jugadores individuales en Soccer City son:

  • $10 por 3 meses de membresía para jóvenes/estudiantes (los menores deben tener un padre/tutor presente para firmar)
  • $20 por membresía de la liga de adultos de 3 meses (esta es una tarifa de membresía para adultos con descuento)
  • $5 por pase de 2 días (se aplica solo a jugadores sustitutos)
  1. La cuota de inscripción de los equipos se determina según la división (depósito de $50 que se debe pagar 2 semanas antes de la fecha de inicio, el resto se debe pagar al inicio del juego 1).
  2. Solo se procesará un reembolso de la inscripción del equipo en el caso de que Soccer City Aurora no pueda colocar al equipo en la liga. Las membresías de la liga Soccer City no son reembolsables.
  3. Si su equipo necesita que se reprograme un juego, debe enviar una solicitud por escrito a Emily@coloradosoccerfoundation.org 3 días antes de la fecha del juego. No se garantiza reprogramación. Haremos todo lo posible para satisfacer las necesidades de reprogramación. Se considerará un máximo de 2 juegos para reprogramar cada temporada por equipo.

Las PÉRDIDAS afectan a todos. Si su equipo decide perder por cualquier motivo, se le cobrará una multa de $25 y deberá pagarla antes del siguiente juego.

  1. Una (1) reprogramación relacionada con el clima se jugará la semana siguiente al juego final. Dos (2) o más cancelaciones por mal tiempo darán como resultado un reembolso o crédito acordemente para una sesión futura dentro de un año a partir de la fecha de inicio de la sesión. En caso de que la nieve cubra los campos y/o la temperatura sea de 25F o menos, se publicará un aviso de cierre en  http://coloradosoccerfoundation.org/calendar/
  2. Los equipos que tengan un saldo pendiente perderán el derecho después de que el reloj del juego haya completado 10 minutos en el primer juego programado. Si la tarifa no se paga en ese momento, el equipo será eliminado del resto de la temporada.
  3. Los juegos estarán programados entre las 12:00 p.m. y 9:00 pm los domingos. Los equipos que no llamen o no se presenten perderán automáticamente el derecho a participar.
  4. Los equipos con 5 o menos jugadores al final de los 7 minutos del reloj de juego perderán el derecho.

CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA

Todos los jugadores deben aceptar el siguiente Código de conducta de Soccer City Aurora. Cualquier persona que reciba una tarjeta roja o sea expulsado debido a una violación del Código de Conducta debe programar una reunión con nuestro Director Comunitario para establecer un plan de regreso al juego. Hasta que se complete esta reunión, la persona no podrá ingresar a Soccer City Aurora.

  1. NO comida, goma de mascar, vidrio, escupir, o semillas en el campo.
  2. Comportamiento agresivo y lenguaje profano o derogatorio NO es bienvenido.
  3. NO SE PERMITE fumar, tomar, o usar drogas no prescritas por un médico.
  4. NO SE PERMITE fumar, tomar, o usar Drogas no prescritas por un médico.
  5. NO SE PERMITEN BARRIDAS
  6. Nos encantan los animales, pero solo animales de servicio son permitidos.
  7. NO vehículos en el campo.
  8. Soccer City es un lugar fotogénico, por favor sea consciente cuando estén tomando fotos y video.
  9. Por favor coloque la basura en los recipientes de basura.
  10. Este lugar esta monitoreado las 24 hora del día. Hay armarios en los baños para guardar sus artículos de valor. Soccer City no se hace responsable por objetos perdidos o robados.

La violación de cualquier parte del Reglas de Conducta es motivo de despido inmediato y pérdida de la membresía.

ETIQUETA DE JUEGO Y PLAYOFFS

  1. Los equipos se reportarán a la línea lateral asignada de CASA o VISITANTE en base a la asignación programada. No se permite la presencia de espectadores detrás de las áreas de portería.
  2. (7v7) el juego equivale a 6 jugadores de campo y 1 portero en el campo a la vez.
  3. Cada juego equivale a dos mitades de 25 minutos con un medio tiempo de 2 minutos. El árbitro del juego asignado controlará el tiempo. Se otorgará un período de gracia de 7 minutos para que los equipos integren un mínimo de 6 jugadores. 5 o menos jugadores después de 7 minutos de reloj de juego darán como resultado la pérdida del partido.
  4. En caso de lesión grave que reduzca drásticamente el tiempo de juego, el árbitro se reserva el derecho de modificar la duración de cualquier juego.
  5. Un jugador que recibe 3 o más tarjetas amarillas en una temporada recibirá automáticamente una tarjeta roja y no es elegible  a jugar hasta programar una reunión de regreso al juego con el gerente de la liga.
  6. Cualquier jugador que reciba una tarjeta roja debe permanecer fuera del juego por el resto del partido y programar una reunión de regreso al juego con el Director Comunitario de Soccer City. Consulte la sección de código de conducta anterior.
  7. Si un partido es cancelado por un árbitro debido a una mala conducta, el juego se considerará como un partido completo y no se volverá a jugar. Si la mala conducta está presente en ambos equipos, ambos equipos perderán y no se otorgarán puntos.
  8. Se recomienda encarecidamente a los jugadores que usen espinilleras. Soccer City no es responsable de ninguna lesión durante el juego.
  9. El equipo de CASA siempre realizará el saque inicial del primer tiempo. El equipo VISITANTE siempre realizará el saque inicial del segundo tiempo. En el caso de que ambos equipos tengan camisetas de colores similares, el equipo visitante deberá cambiarse o usar pinnies.
  10. Se recomienda usar  uniformes, pinnies también estarán disponibles.
  11. El juicio de un árbitro es final. Las protestas verbales serán consideradas una violación del Código de Conducta. Las quejas por escrito se pueden presentar ante el gerente de la liga en la recepción de Soccer City.
  12. Cada equipo jugará (7) juegos. Cada equipo se clasificará según:

Ganar = 3 puntos

Empate = 1 punto

Perdida = 0 puntos

  1. Cuatro equipos avanzarán a las semifinales en base a puntos. Los desempates de puntos se determinarán por blanqueadas de temporada, seguidas de goles marcados.
  2. Los desempates de los juegos de semifinales y finales irán a tiros penales inmediatos.

La tanda de tiros penales para decidir un partido consiste en un mínimo de 5 tiros penales a ser ejecutados por cada uno de los dos equipos desde el punto de penalti identificado por el árbitro. . El árbitro decide lanzando una moneda al aire qué equipo comienza. Los dos equipos se alternan hasta que 5 jugadores diferentes de cada equipo hayan realizado su tiro. Si el resultado es un empate al finalizar el quinto tiro, ambos equipos ejecutan un tiro hasta que se encuentre un ganador.
